Hi Angel, I just want to introduce myself to you. My name is Louise and I am actually an English teacher in Canada. One interesting thing about me is that when I was 15 and then when I was 16 I went to spend my summer holidays in Mexico with a Mexican family to learn Spanish. Then, when I was 18 I went to live in Japan for 6 weeks. And when I was 22 I got a job in Japan as an English teacher for one year. So that makes me think of the many students in China who come to Canada to learn English and about Canadian culture. Have you ever travelled to Canada or the US? Now, my favorite place to travel to is Hawaii. I learned how to snorkel, and so once a year I like to go to Hawaii for swimming and snorkelling with my husband and one or two of my children. Tell me about yourself—what do you want to do in the future? What do you like to do now? Are you making plans to study in Canada? Your friend, Louise
